①24時間のタイムライン
様々な職業・ライフスタイルの方に幅広く使っていただけるよう、タイムラインは24時間にしました。

1時間あたりの枠の高さが約4mmなので、市販のマーカーで色分けしやすいです！仕事は水色・プライベートはピンクなど、色分けすることで1日の時間の使い方がパッと可視化できます。

② 5mm間隔のドット方眼
フリースペースは薄い水色の背景に5mm間隔のドット方眼になっています。シールなどでかわいくデコしなくても、文字だけの日記でも何となく様になるリフィルを目指してデザインしました。

ドット方眼は主張しすぎず、でも文字をまっすぐ書くためのちょうど良い目印になってくれます。印刷には水色のインクが使用されているので、黒ペンだけでササッと書いても重たい印象になりません◎

もちろんデコが好きな方にもおすすめのリフィルです。時間軸の寝ている時間帯は書くことがないと思うので、シールをちょこっと貼るとかわいくなりますよ！

■ Key Features

① 24-Hour Timeline

To make it usable for people across a wide range of jobs and lifestyles, we designed the timeline to cover a full 24 hours.

Each 1-hour block is about 4mm tall, making it easy to color-code with standard markers! Use light blue for work and pink for personal time, for example, and you can instantly visualize how you're spending your day.

② 5mm Dot Grid

The free space features a light blue background with a 5mm dot grid. We designed this refill so that it looks polished even with text alone—no stickers or decorations needed.

The dot grid is subtle enough not to dominate the page, while still giving you just the right guide for writing in a straight line. Since the grid is printed in light blue ink, even quick notes in plain black pen won't look too heavy or cluttered ◎

Of course, this refill is also great for anyone who loves decorating! Since there's usually nothing to write during your sleeping hours on the timeline, adding a few cute stickers there is a nice touch!
